How do I extend the premium account duration for my student(s)?
To extend the premium account duration, you must have enough premium accounts in your inventory. In the Manage students section, you can see how many available premium accounts you have in your inventory. (See also: How do I buy more premium accounts?)
The premium account duration is 12 months. In Manage students, you can see if a student has a premium account and until when. You can easily extend the premium account duration by clicking the yellow plus (under the diamond). This extends the premium account duration by another 12 months.
