How do I increase the level of my student's account?
Children usually start at the pawn diploma level. The level can be adjusted.
You can click on student management. You can find this in the menu on the left under students. You can also click on this shortcut. Student Management >>
Then you can click on the blue pencil and you will get the form below. There you will see the pawn level and you can easily increase it.
Children often say it's too easy if they already know the moves of the pieces a bit. However, experience shows that motivating them to persevere, and if they are that good, they can quickly achieve the pawn diploma. That's the best advice. However, the level can be adjusted upwards.
