Can the username of a student account be changed?
The username of an account can only be changed within the first 30 days after creation. This allows you to correct any typos or spelling errors.
To do this, go to the Student Management and click on the blue pen next to the student's name. Enter a new username and click Save.
After 30 days, it is no longer possible to change the username. Other details, such as the password or email address, can still be adjusted at any time.
