Chessity is freezing. What should I do?

If the site freezes, it might be due to a slow or overloaded Wi-Fi connection (or no Wi-Fi connection at all).

Refresh the website

Try refreshing the site manually. Press F5 (Windows PC) or command + R (Mac) or click the refresh arrow in your browser. In most cases, you can continue playing afterwards. If it still doesn't work, you can also try clearing your browser's cache data and then refreshing the site again.

Chessity remembers where you left off. After refreshing, you can continue.

Browser issues

You may also experience issues due to the browser you are using. Especially on Android devices, an outdated browser is often provided as the default browser. You can check if your browser meets the requirements via the website html5test. Your browser should have a score of at least 350. If your browser scores lower, download and install the latest version of the browser.
