Pinned pieces make bad defenders

If your opponent doesn’t succeed in defending a pinned piece properly, you may be able to take it.

But there is another means of profiting from a pin. Since a pinned piece can’t move, it is often unable to defend other pieces.
This makes pieces that are protected by the pinned piece extra vulnerable. You can easily win them.

What do you have to do?

Win material by exploiting the fact that pinned pieces make bad defenders.
