My student is stuck in a frozen puzzle. How do I solve that?

Freezing of the website this may be due to a too slow or overloaded Wi-Fi connection (or no Wi-Fi connection at all). 

Refresh website

Try to refresh the website manually. Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows PC) or command + R (iOS) or click on the browser’s refresh arrow.

Chessity always remembers where the user left off. After the refresh, the student can continue.
